<p class=MsoNormal>The presentation of gifts and donations to Carmen Smith
and family will be on Sunday, December 14th at 11:00 AM. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Since the family is currently living in an apartment with
restricted parking, Chief Kelsey suggested a site away from the complex.
Lubys Cafateria, 8707 East R.L. Thorton Frwy. Dallas Texas 75228 has agreed to
provide us an area to eat as a group and make the presentation. They are
located at the St. Frances exit. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Our plan is to have the family there at 11am, lunch
will be provided for the family and make the presentation afterwords. There is
plenty of parking and good food.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Please see that this is posted so the donors and other PGR
