SHORT NOTICE CONFIRMED MISSION
 
Joseph Louis Ciaccio 
United States Navy Veteran 
North Little Rock, AR 
Tuesday, 24 MAR 2009 
  
   
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by Little Rock Funeral Home to  
attend the funeral service for United States Navy Veteran Joseph  Louis Ciaccio, 
70.  The service will be held on Tuesday, 24  Mar 2009, 1200 hrs., at the 
Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery committal shelter,  1501 West Maryland Avenue, 
North Little Rock, Arkansas. 
  
Military Honors will be rendered for this veteran, who has no known  
surviving relatives and passed away at Joseph L. McClellan Memorial Veterans'  
Hospital on 20 Mar 2009.  Funeral arrangements are being handled  by Little Rock 
Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., Little Rock.  
  
STAGING TIME/LOCATION: 1130 hrs, Tuesday, 24 Mar  2009, at the Committal 
Shelter, Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery, for flag line  only...NO ESCORT. 
  
  
WEATHER FORECAST:  Windy  with heavy thunderstorms later in the day. A few 
storms may be severe. High 66F.  Winds SSE at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of rain 80%. 
1 to 2 inches of rain  expected.
