George, 

The presentation of gifts and donations to Carmen Smith and family will be
on Sunday, December 14th at 11:00 AM. 

Since the family is currently living in an apartment with restricted
parking, Chief Kelsey suggested a site away from the complex.  Lubys
Cafateria, 8707 East R.L. Thorton Frwy. Dallas Texas 75228 has agreed to
provide us an area to eat as a group and make the presentation. They are
located at the St. Frances exit. 

Our plan is to have the family there at 11am,  lunch will be provided for
the family and make the presentation afterwords. There is plenty of parking
and good food.

Please see that this is posted so the donors and other PGR riders can
attend.
